Who we are

Tentres AI is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at sam.tentresai@gmail.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete your data.

What we collect, and when

We only collect personal data when you choose to send it to us. There are two ways that happens.

The audit request form

If you submit the form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, and whatever you write in the message field. We collect it so we can reply to you and prepare for a first conversation. Nothing more.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you asked us to get in touch about working together, and replying to you is the obvious consequence of that. If you would rather we did not hold it, say so and we will delete it.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It does not use cookies, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not build a profile of you. We cannot identify individual visitors from it, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

Who else sees it

Your form submission passes through a small number of services that process it on our behalf. None of them sell your data or use it for their own marketing.

• Supabase stores the submission in our database.
• Make.com routes it into our internal workflow so it does not get missed.
• Resend sends the notification email that tells us you got in touch.
• Calendly handles the booking if you choose a time for a call, and holds the details you give it when you book.
• Netlify hosts this website and processes the request that delivers it to you.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as there is a live conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. You do not need a reason and there is no charge. Email sam.tentresai@gmail.com and we will deal with it within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
